Delayed order

I have been waiting for my exchange since Monday the 7th because I was told to expect it on that day. The takealot delivery team has been rescheduling my order since Monday and it does not make sense why because my order is supposed to be delivered at one of the pick up points of my area (same address as the first delivery that was done before the "exchange"). I tried calling and the agent that answered didn't really help they just said it will be delivered today (9th September) and it has not been delivered yet. My order number is #***7.
