delayed order

I placed an order a while ago which was suppose to be delivered on Monday, however, this was delayed which I was fine with, I then had it rescheduled for today however it then got delayed again and I've received no correspondence from anybody, in fact, I had to go check on the tracking myself to see this and when I call and email nobody responds. if somebody could please contact me to let me what is going on as I need those items asap. I am willing to collect if needs are however this is the last time I'm ever shopping on this site again as my Zando order which I placed after this has already arrived this is getting ridiculous.
