Delayed delivery of parcel no feedback

Placed an order on Saturday 02/09/2022,paid...Expected delivery on the 07/09/2022.....did not received.Received no feedback from Suoerbalist either.iSend s follow up email on 10/09/2022 to enquire about my parcel and received an email that the parcel us lost in transit and will get feedback 24 to 48 hours.No feedback received, called on 13/09/2022 at 13h15 pm ,holding on for 5 minutes,called again no answer.Send email...sane email return to me
