Delayed delivery of an order

I placed an order (***8) on the 28/03/2023 the order was was supposed to have arrived on the 1/04/2023 but due incorrect address documented the order was delayed . I got a call from Takealot delivery to verify my address on the 31st March which I did over the phone . I have not received my order to this day . I got an email on the 03/04/2023 requesting that I give the correct address which I did . I got an SMS b yesterday the 04/04/2023 which said my orders is going to be delivered , which never happened. I got another SMS again saying that my order is delayed !!

What the hell is going on ??? Do want to give me my order or not ??? This nonsense has been going on since last week and nothing has been done about mu order being delivered .

I have been responding to emails that I must update my address but the order still hasn't arrived .I have been buying from Superbalist since 2016 !! I honestly don't deserve this ****py service !!!
