Delayed delivery, lack of urgency

On the 1st of May 2026 I placed an order and the estimated delivery date was the 7th. Today is the 9th and I am leaving the country on the 10th they haven’t delivered my order the takealot delivery team doesn’t allow me to collect the order at their pickup point. I hate this store for the inconvenience they have caused and I am do disappointed at their lack of urgency.
