Delayed delivery
The overall superbalist service is good however the problem is with the courier company they are not doing such a good job at ensuring that we receive our packages as per the date given by superbalist, packages are delivered two days after the initial given date which is completely unacceptable, I suggest they look into this to avoid further disappointments.
