Delayed delivery

i placed an order 2 weeks ago. I do not know which courier company they are using but I must say they are such a mess. I have been receiving messages of rescheduling delivery. The initial delivery date was 3 Dec. Yesterday I got an update that my order was delivered at 16h03pm. I did not receive anything. I followed up again this morning and im not getting any joy
