DELAYED DELIVERY 14 DAYS

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my order, which I've been waiting for since 24 December. Despite numerous emails and calls, I've received no meaningful updates. The last scheduled delivery date was 30 December, but it didn't arrive. I then requested cancellation, and your team sent an email confirming the cancellation and promising a refund within 5 business days. However, today (7 January 2025) marks the 5th day, and I've received no update on my refund. When I called to inquire, I was shocked to discover that my order had not been cancelled, contrary to what I was told. I'm devastated by the blatant dishonesty, particularly from THANDILE. M, who assured me that my cancellation was successful. I'm struggling to comprehend why Superbalist can't deliver my order or provide a refund. I request: 1. Immediate cancellation of my order 2. Full refund 3. Explanation for the misinformation and poor service I hope you take my complaint seriously and take prompt action
