Delay on Refund notification for canceled stock that is back to their stock

I placed an order on the 24th of March 2023 on the 30th I was notified that I will be refunded an x amount for 1 of my items on the 31st I called them back asking them that they deliver the rest of my stuff before 2 on a Friday because I finish early. The delivery guy called me at 4:30pm to deliver told him I was already gone. On Saturday they decided to deliver which doesn't make sense to me because I choose the delivery to be on the business place or work place not home address then afterwards my order was canceled. All I asked was that once the order reaches them can they move the funds to my superbalist wallet and surprisingly they said they haven't received the orders but I re ordered the same things again because each of them was left with one item. I am still not getting help I haven't received an email for my refund and each of the consultant comes with a different story.
