Degrading Service

I’m quite disappointed at how the service level has degraded over the years with Superbalist. I’m an avid user and usually order 2-4 items a month from them. Service has degraded from packaging, I even received a dirty shoe which is supposed to be new. Their after sales service is none existent. You’ll send enquiries on order but get no response.
