Defective product and horrible service

I'm at my whits end and utterly disappointed at the after purchase service. Bought my wedding shoes at superbalist I wore it to see how comfy they are and embarrassingly lost a heel. I've made contact numerous times and on different platforms but to no avail. Can someone please help me. I actually just want a beautiful wedding day. Please help
