Defective, no refund and run around.

Bought a a size pair shoe size 5. Was too small and very poor quality so attempted to return as it is defective, never I have I experienced a size 5 being too small anywhere in the world. The exchange or refund was rejected with a request for photos of how it compares to any of my other size 5 shoes. When sent, I get the run around and told that the pics aren’t pulling through on their mail. I ordered a similar size 6 from them...now too big. They promised to refund which is much less than the purchase price with no explanation and from the other reviews I’ve read I don’t think I will ever see that refund in my account. Don’t get ******, I buy from Zando and which has been a dream.
