Bought a pair of sneakers 25 nov 2024. DEFECT Order No. ***5

Wore the item less than 4 times since then as it was an expensive pair. I was cleaning the item and noticed a tear in front of the sneakers.

I own multiple pair of nike sneakers and never in my life have i seen a pair of niks tear within 6 months. Anyway sent a mail to your customer service team with pictures they rejected my return.

Looking at the hellopter ratings clearly i made a mistake buying from this company. They either sell **** sneakers, because i repeat never in my life have my nike sneakers tore within 6 months of wearing it a couple of times or they simple dont want to acknowledge any faulty items or poor quality items. Poor service never shopping again from superbalist and ill recommend my family and friends to stop purchasing from this company.
