declining my couches exchange

I am so disappointed with Superbalist for not fulfilling my exchange request, I bought couches , a 3 seater and a one seater in August 2022, yesterday the 10th of 2024 the legs broke, I am not expecting to buy furniture that I'm hoping they would last for a long time to go faulty after a year, they have declined! please tell us if your furniture is only meant to last us 6 months , so we avoid buying from you.
