Declined return ***

I purchased regularly from Superbalist.com for the past 2 years. I purchased a item from them in Feb and logged a return 6 months later according to them the 6 months passed in July and not Augusy. I accepted that decline reasoning and requested cant it be reviewed due to me being a regular customer and have no record of no returning items - the jacket was R1000 and is a renouned brand and is a outdoor hiling brand “The North Face” the print of the jacket is peeling after 2 washes. This is really ridicolous that superbalist cant make a exception for someone who always shops by them (3 times a month for 2 years) to be treated like this. I dont want the money they can replace the item or give me the credit there of. The order number was ***
