Decline in Superbalist service

The service from Superbalist has drastically diminished. I ordered products and was given a delivery date for 5 days later. However, after numerous messages I received my order 10 days later. When trying to process a return for the same order, I was told that someone would collect my goods before 5pm so I had someone wait at my home all day. I receievd no communication from Superbalist and no one came to do the collection. Absolutely unacceptable!
