Damaged Garments

Greetings.

I would like to lodge a complaint about these bellow garments. I bought the 1st 1 at Only and the 2nd 1 at Mango. I’m beyond disappointed that in less than 3 months they’re damaged already. What’s the point of purchasing clothes from trusted stores (prestigious) like Only and Mango to damage? I buy quality clothing hence I buy from these outlets.

I would like a cash refund to my account please (used to make the purchases) respectfully. I thought I was buying good quality not poor quality clothes. I’m extremely disappointed and fuming with anger. All the clothing from Superbalist are insured and unfortunately, the clothes I’ve been purchasing from Superbalist in the past years aren’t. Please treat this matter as of urgency before I expose Superbalist to the masses (Hello Peter, Twitter and Facebook) on how poor quality fabric the garments are that we purchase from stores like Mango and Only.
