Damaged Earrings and refund!!

I am still waiting for their feedback regarding damaged earrings that were delivered damaged. I requested a return the same day they arrived. Contacted them a couple of times. A lady called Namhla has since promised to get back to me with feedback and my refund. Still no word! They don’t acknowledge follow up emails.
