Damaged and worn watch

<p>I ordered a watch for my husband as a gift on Wednesday and received it on Friday. Stack it away in my cupboard for the weekend so that he does not see it. But first I had a look and the watch had a few scratches on it, I then emailed them on Friday to tell them about it, as well as I saw some water droplets inside the screen. Then when I opend the watch this morning the whole screen was filled with water droplets. I then took it to a Fossil agency in Somerset Mall so that they could have a look at it and when they opend it everything was rusty inside as well as they also said that scrathes was not suppose to be there and it looked as if the wacth was already worn. They said all there Fossil watches comes neatly wrapped and that is also how they give it to there clients. Now mine was not w****d and the fact that it was rusty inside tells me its not a new watch. I then phoned Superbalist immiadeately so that the can pick it up and refund my money asap!! Still have not heared from them . When I phoned now, they tell me they did email me. And when I said I did not receive any email they told me to look in my SPAM folder! Still no email!!! I want my money back asap!!! As this is a gift!!! *** Superbalist!! My first time and I will never ever order from you guys again!! The Fossil agency even told me that they will give that exact watch for me at the exact same price as you guys did, NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Give me back my money ASAP SUperbalist!!</p>
