I would like to voice my continue frustration. Posting on several platforms for now what’s seems like a case of theft…I provided your driver with both returned packages (even took photos). You guys are disregarding the fact that I have the proof because your driver says otherwise.

I have used up more than R200 airtime trying to call your contact center and no one bothers calling me back. I am now going to the police station and opening up a case of theft. Is this how your company flourishes? By *****ing back packages? Wel done Superbalist. Well done
