customer support

Superbalist customer support is *******, I buy from them almost weekly but when i need support there's nothing they can do to assist you further, at first it was my address, which I accepted fine, but now I need my order urgently and i understand its a mistake on my part ,but i even have no problem paying in a fee but all i was told is no they cant do anything. surely as a top online retailer they should at least try to help.
