Customer service is appalling

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased items, and when one garment didn't fit, I opted for an exchange for a smaller size. For two weeks, they claimed delivery issues, stating they couldn't reach me. Upon investigation, it was revealed that they had actually lost the exchange parcel, attempting to cover up their mistake.

Opting for a refund, their apology came in the form of a discount, which seemed inconsequential given the ongoing issues. The return process became a series of broken promises – initially set for the next day, then multiple rescheduled collection days. Despite my efforts to adjust the collection days to my schedule, they consistently failed to pick up the items.

The frustration peaked when scheduled collection days came and went without any pickup, accompanied by misleading messages about the impending collection. This lack of reliability and accountability has made the entire experience a nightmare. I've reached a point where I am thoroughly fed up, and I have decided not to purchase from this company again. The constant need to reschedule collection days has eroded my trust in their service.
