Customer Service DISAPPOINTS at Superbalist.com

Mistakenly ordered one art piece twice. Immediately notified Superbalist.com , only to be informed that no changes to an art order can be made (this was a few minutes after placing the order - surely the whould have been more than enough time from Superbalist.com's side to change the order). Received the art work BROKEN and in an unacceptable state. After numerous promises made by Superbalist.com that the art work will be collected and inspected, no collection to date has been made. Will NEVER buy art work from Superbalist.com EVER again (and this is truly disappointing as they feature fantastic artists).
