Customer service

I bought merchandise from Superbalist, and received only part of the order, with an email notification that I will be refunded for the goods that were not received on the 30 March and it will take 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect into my account only received part of the refund and today is the 7th day, I have sent several follow up e mails and all I receive is apologies but no one can inform me when will I receive my money
