I had a disappointment with item I received, another dissapointment when I had to follow up twice with my query, but I have to take the time out to show my appreciation and satisfaction to Amy Bolder for a job well done. She was efficient, prompt and knowledgeable. Superbalist you need more people like Amy on your team. Hope her manager can acknowledge her in the awesome service I received.
