Called in since Friday for assistance either consultants are not helpful or they drop the calls in my ear. Superbalist customer service is the worse I will not shop on they site cause when it comes to returns no help at all. And I hope this consultant by the name of Ongezwa.M action gets taken.

13 Apr 2026, 08:42So I logged a return on the app it did an exchange I have been battling since Friday to log it they either tell me it has to be delivered to Jhb then they can cancel once I get a email of delivery I should call back they can cancel it. Today I got a msg saying it’s being delivered called wanting to cancel they telling me they can’t cancel it. The consultant dropped the call and when she heard it’s he calling back she dropped again. Got hold of another consultant she **** saying she will assist did that just to get me off the line. When u ask for names to report or speak to a manager they lie . I will highly recommend customers to not use this site cause the customer experience horrible and no action gets taken.
