I have recently purchased item on this site and to be honest I was skeptical about using it because of the online reviews but my first purchase was a walk in the park bought items on Wednesday and Friday got my delivery. Also last week I bought other items and the delivery was speedy . If you are uncertain about things and hit them on Twitter they respond and give you positive feedback
