Customer Experience

I love shopping on Superbalist. However there is one problem that I don't like experiencing. So I know that the functionality of the app and website is that if the item is in the customer's cart, then the item is placed on hold.

The problem that I have with this is that I have been watching the Chuck Taylor All Star in Size 4 for a couple of hours now because I would like to purchase it. However its been on hold for a few hours already, meaning the other customer is just holding it there (For what I do not know). Its super frustrating because I would like to purchase it immediately, but I cant because some other customer is hogging the shoe now for a few hours already.

Just some feedback on my experience.
