Customer engagement worthy of a dismissal

We received our order with one of five items missing, and we went through the process to info Superbalist, we then received a call and was instructed to complete some documentation and we did so and were told we would be kept abreast. On the day we were supposed to receive feedback the same consultant we had spoken regarding the situation called to ask us to undertake the same process we had already and after highlight this to him refused to acknowledge that he has received the documents.

The consultant who identified himself as Mzi Magadla then continued to be come rude and rhetorical in his engagement's (actions which I would regard as worthy of a dismissal) , we then requested to speak to his manager and he refused.
