Customer Dis-Service

Initially I was impressed with the wide rage of items they have for sale, but I have been left high and dry after placing an order on black Friday. The items arrived in good condition, but one item was too big, so I had to exchange it. During this time I moved to a different city and they would not re-route my order, so now my item is going to be delivered to my old address. I tried well in advance to change the address, but every 'customer service' employee was unable to help.

The only solution they had was to cancel my order and re-start the entire process, but this would mean that I would have to pay the non sale price for the item and further to that, the item was out of stock and they could not confirm when it would be re-stocked.

Truly the worst online shopping experience I've had.
