****** who don't want to refund people

Disgusted with their service. Everytime I am supposed to be refunded it's story after story Order ***9 I bought 2 items in my ordered. One was just cancelled after I placed and paid for it. Now 5 days later they tell me they will only process a refund after 7 days. Making no sense. I have given my bank details. What are they waiting for because they cancelled the item it was not available after my order, which is also unprofessional. You cannot claim stock unavailable after someone paid. Query ***8 the consultant send to finance just to give me an answer not making sense. You have my money. I don't want it in the wallet. You have my email with my bank details. Just refund me today and stop giving me stupid excuses and holding onto my money and apologising. I don't need your apologies. Just refund my money today into my Nedbank account
