*****ed Superbalist

Ordered boots, advertised as UK size, when it arrived it is a US size, which is smaller. Send it back in the SAME BOX it arrived in, WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED< NEVER WORN!!! Superbalist refuses the refund because the box is not the original the boots were in, but as stated it was sent back in the SAME BOX IT ARRIVED IN!!! I'll spread the message as far and wide as I can that Superbalist is a *****ed company and avoid doing business with them!!!
