Crocs

Bought a pair of crocs on the 28/09/2025 Size : M UK7/ W UK8 Quantity: 1 On Tuesday 30th October package came in size UK M 8 -/ UK W 10 this was not my order. as the receipt says different , I logged a call for return. The package came today 07/10/2025 still in the same size UK M 8 -/ UK W 10?!!, was this even checked at the warehouse , is someone not doing the job properly as when I select by return item it has the available M UK7/ W UK8 . This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
