Credit card **** shopping done on Superbalist

I was ****med my credit card was used for shopping on superbalist a clothing spree of R23200 was done, I have sent SuperBalist messages and email to which they dont reply to it, I am sure it shows on their records for someone who has done R23200 shopping sprees to day they should have names and home address of that person.
