Your courier service providers are letting you down. Ive been getting messages that my parcel couldnt be deliverd because theres no one home, but ive been home the whole time. Today is the third day this happening. I really needed that parcel because its was going to be a christmas present for someone. I would like you to make a plan for me to recieve today if possible.
