Courier downfall
<p>I am a huge fan of Superbalist, however, with this new courier partnership, deliveries are no longer on time. </p> <p>The splitting of orders into two deliveries is another thing! </p> <p>My first part of the delivery was supposed to arrive on Friday and the second today. I've received SMSes sayingt these will come through but I don't have any of them yet!</p> <p>Your delivery times was what I loved most.</p>

I am sincerely sorry for the missed deliveries, I am awaiting feedback from the delivery team as to what was the matter. I will revert soonest once they provide feedback.
Superbalist holds stock in a Johannesburg warehouse and Cape Town warehouse and if your order is compiled of items from both warehouses we want to send you your items from the closest warehouse without delay and without waiting for the rest of the order, hence the split shipping.
I will get this sorted soonest and I will assist in resolving this for future deliveries for you.

Our couriers and I are battling to get hold of with regards to deliver your parcels. The driver keeps going to reception, the receptionist, the branch and I can't get hold of you on the numbers provided to let you know the driver is there.
Please advise accordingly so we can assist.
