Courier

I have bought numerous clothing from superbalist but lately I have been very disappointed, first bought a dress and the delivery date passed and I was told that it went to a different harbor and I understood because they communicated with me Secondly I bought a jean and the same story happened but this time I was not even engaged with,delivery date passed and I had to call in and I was told that the courier company that has my parcel does not reach my destination and had to be given another courier company I understood, now I want to return the jean because of the size, I have since been waiting on the courier to come and take it everyday because I am sent an sms to give me a new date of the parcel to be fetched everyday.. And now when I try to log a return again it says the item is not returnable.. My frustration is there is no communication whatsoever from superbalist
