COUNTERFEIT PERFUME SOLD HERE

They sell counterfeit perfume! I bought Elizabeth Ardent "white tea" 100ml .. bottle was completely different, mach smaller then original one with cheap golden cap not the cream one like genuine bottle has, the spray is leaking and it dispenses perfume in a single stream and leave spots on my clothes, smell is also not the same and doesn't last long

I went to 3 different offline shops which sell this perfume and I did not see any single bottle that looks like this one; all shops I visited have the same bottle with same size and great quality cream colour cap not the cheap golden one and it doesn’t leak ..

I contacted Superbalist customer support via email because according their policy u can not return fragrance and my return was refused. I sent them all pics that clearly showing how the genuine bottle looks like which I used to have and also bottles from other shops .. just to be told that they do not sell **** perfume . They refused investigation and refused to make a refund.

For 1k rand I bought counterfeit perfume which I do not want to use and it is impossible because it is leaking all the time and leave spots on my clothes

NEVER BUY PERFUME THERE ! they will send u cheap counterfeit and you won't be able to return it back such a nice way to sell counterfeit, rather go to Woolies, Edgars or Foschini where genuine items sold.
