Could Superbalist/Takealot drivers be ********?

I placed and order and paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered today and I received a call from a cellphone number telling me that they can’t deliver today as they have issues with the car. And now I receive a notification stating that my order has been delivered.

This is confusing as my sister had logged a return and they were supposed to collect the item today and also with the return they are saying the couldn’t get hold of her so they will reschedule.
