Correct products deliberately ****** and wrong products delivered. Inside job

I ordered expensive perfumes worth R7297. They only delivered one wrong Versace perfume. Their return policy says non-returnable,no exchange and no refund. I think items which are neither returnable nor exchanged are deliberately ******. This might be an inside job
