Copy and pasted apology.

All I wanted was a carpet... I paid and the following morning the order was cancelled... strange as I wasn't told anything, until I reached out and it turns out they were out of stock... even though when I purchased the carpet (Which was R600) it said there was 2 still left... when I reached out they decided to give me discount off my next order, so I went to go purchase a different carpet... once again it was under R600 and when I went to put the discount code in it said the order had to be a minimum of R1200.... and I would get 10% off... which was also frustrating, but I went ahead and purchased it without the code... Once again the order is cancelled as there wasn't enough stock.... I received the same message again... and when I went to complain again... I received a literal copy and paste response "I can understand your disappointment..." and "we can assure that this matter has been addressed and is seen as a concerning matter" the same message twice... sort out your stock! it has been more than frustrating... and to receive a copy and pasted message this is not acceptable.
