Contaminated Shoes Containing Rodents – Extremely Poor Handling by Superbalist

I ordered shoes from Superbalist, and what arrived was shocking. The box was damaged, smelled terrible, and had droppings inside. When I opened it, a live mouse jumped out — and I later found baby mice in one of the shoes.

This wasn’t just gross — it was a serious health concern.

I reported it right away with photo evidence, but getting a response was slow and frustrating. Someone only contacted me days later, and I never received a proper resolution.

This entire experience has been a waste of time and extremely disappointing. I’ve escalated it formally and have even been contacted by media interested in the story.

I definitely do not recommend Superbalist.
