Consistently Good

<p>Over about 2 years I have regularly ordered from and occasionally returned items (due to the style not suiting me) to Superbalist and I have never once had a problem. Actually in most cases I find myself pleasantly surprised by the service.<br />Once I needed to contact client concierge because I needed an order a day earlier than the scheduled delivery date because of a trip I was taking, the staff member I spoke to took it upon herself to try accomodate my request, but said it might not be possible - well, the item arrived a day ahead of the date I had actually requested. They make it so easy to order from them that I now order items monthy at least.<br /><br />I think they could have done more to rise to the "Black Friday" sale standards, but that's about it!</p>
