Conduct business in a good manner

On black friday their system glitched and items were extremely marked down. Despite this, they made me aware and fulfilled the order. The order was delivered in good time as well. Upon delivery, the recipient was not expecting the package so the delivery man called me, explained the situation, and said he was polite when I told him to refer to me by another name to the recipient. It was a very pleasant experience which deserves recognition
