Complaints

This company have cause an inconvenience in my life.i ordered 5 pairs of shoes and i went to collect at Midrand take a lot because i was in joburg for a week. Now i got the incomplete order and they are giving me a hussle to refund.i dont want those items anymore as am not in one place.i travel every week.give me my money please
