Complaint against superbalist delayed delivery and lack of communication.

I'm frustrated and disappointed, I've BEEN trying to get hold of the company since I ordered on the 31st March 2022 to receive my package on the 8th of April which never happened instead I received a SMS claiming they couldn't deliver. No explanation or elaboration to why they couldn't. I have been trying to hold of the company several times via customer care line with with no luck at all. Please assist getting my order or money back.
