COMPLAINT ABOUT DELIVERY DRIVERS FOR OREDR #***6

Firstly, my order was delayed with no reason given why, now lats week on Friday the 14 July @09:33 I called the driver after receiving missed call from *** and she told me she is outside I asked her where? and she failed to reply however I told her am in Alexandra, her response was I won't get there, I got a message that reads we tried to deliver your Superbalist order, but we couldn't, I went to my app and rescheduled for Monday the 17th July , Today I get a call from a guy from cellphone number *** same story now this one is in Kew, which is not the address I captured when I placed my order , My address is 29-4th Avenue, Alexandra 2090, and a few second I get the same message as Friday's one, now my question is WHY DO YOU GIVE MY PACKAGE TO PEOPLE WHO CANNOT DELIVER IT TO ME? AND FOR HOW LONG MUST THIS BULL**** GO ON AS I CAPTURED MY CORRECT ADDRESS. I NEED MY PACKAGE TODAY
