COMPLAINT!!!!!!!

I bought something from Superbalist on the 23rd of January 2026. Received my parcel on the 29th the same January month. I then logged a return on the 5th of February for it to be collected on the 10th. They decided to reschedule for me so they can collect on the 6th of February. The courier guy called me saying he was outside on the 6th and I wasn’t home. I told him I wasn’t home and that he must come back on the 10th, the initial day I scheduled for. Later on I received an SMS advising my return was delayed and that the collection will be rescheduled. On the 9th of February then sent an SMS confirming my return will be collected the following day (which was the 10th I wanted). On the 10th I was home the entire day, expecting them. No courier came, one called me , no SMS regarding a delay, NOTHING!

The evening of the 10th I decided to log in on my Superbalist App so I can reschedule, and I noticed that my return is marked as “collected”. This now prevents me from rescheduling. I have been trying to get help since then, called them and spoke to a couple of agents including Wendy.N & Thandile.Man. Thandile has been advising that she’s escalating the matter. Not even a single superior cared to get back to me since an escalation has been done.

Thandile.Man got back to me via a call on the 19th of February advising the couriers got back to her and that they will collect on the 20th. Again! On the 20th I was home the whole day and no courier came, not even a single person called to follow up. I again made an effort to call and asked to speak to one of the superiors and both of the agents (one of them being Reneshia) or something like that) I got through to, told me there’s no manager available!

I have only one week left now to have the parcel returned as they’re saying a customer must return within 30 days of the delivery. The next thing you know, they’ll say I can’t return anymore. That’s the game they’re playing here. ****ming customers and providing very poor service when we have to return!!!!
