********* Company who does not Deliver on its promises

I bought products to the value of over R3k on the 16th January 2024 and it was delivered on the 18th January 2024. I received a tathered shorts which i immediately logged a return for. A person as per the return tracking collected the items on the 22nd January 2024. Since then Superbalist has been struggling to find the item and they have cancelled my refund and to date nobody is assisting me. When I call they say they will refund me and I will get a confirmation email but to date, nothing has happened. To think I have spent so much with this company on my for them to behave in such an ********* manner is truly disappointing.
