Collection instructions not fulfilled - wasting my time

<p>I logged an exchange with Superbalist via the app. I selected the collection address to be Johannesburg but the app picked up the Durban address and I could not change it. I emailed superbalist twice after the error to update the collection address to be Johannesburg. I was advised the instructions have been fulfilled and updated for pick up in Johannesburg. I get a call now that the courier company went to pick up the package from Durban. Superbalist, you guys are wasting my time. Order # ********** Request # ********** Request # ********** </p>
